2. What YeboNadi Does
YeboNadi is a secure voice and data recording application designed for lawful use.
Core Principle
YeboNadi is not a dictaphone or memo app. It is an evidential recording vault.
- Recordings are encrypted instantly
- Cannot be accessed by anyone
- Requires your encryption key and a valid court order
3. Essential Recording Facts
⚠️ You must understand all of the following:
3.1 Recording Modes
- Non-stop Recording: Stops only manually.
- Short Recording: Stops on incoming calls, app switch, or sleep mode. No auto-restart.
3.2 Background Recording
- Works in background & sleep mode.
- Works with locked screen.
- Stops only manually.
3.3 Encryption
- AES-256 encryption & TLS 1.3 transmission
- Zero-knowledge architecture & Key derived via PBKDF2
- Stored in iOS Keychain / Android Keystore
Cannot be reset or recovered. Losing it = permanent loss of recordings.
3.4 No Playback
No listening after upload. Permanent restriction.
3.5 No Retrieval
You cannot download, export, share, or access recordings.
Only access requires a Court order AND your encryption key.
3.6 Microphone Permission
Required for functionality. Revoking = recording disabled.
4. Mandatory Acknowledgements
You must confirm ALL:
- ✓ Recording continues until manually stopped
- ✓ No playback or retrieval without court order
- ✓ Responsible for testing recordings
- ✓ Data is always encrypted
- ✓ Responsible for legal compliance
- ✓ Data processed under privacy laws
- ✓ Age 16+
- ✓ Passphrase cannot be recovered
- ✓ Responsible for recording quality
- ✓ Data deletion follows retention policy

13. Liability
YeboNadi is not liable for misuse, illegal recordings, or damages. Maximum liability = 6 months of fees paid.

14-day notice for major changes. Continued use = acceptance.
15. Governing Law
Arizona, USA. Dispute process: 1. Direct resolution, 2. Arbitration (AAA), 3. Courts.
16. Final Confirmation
By proceeding, you confirm:
- You read everything
- You accepted all conditions
- You understand restrictions
- You accept court-order access only
- You accept legal responsibility
